Bathroom Remodelsin Chapel Hill & the Triangle

Spa-grade primary baths, guest baths, and powder rooms — with the waterproofing and substrate work beneath the tile that separates a bathroom that lasts from one that doesn't.

The work

What's Included

The difference between a bathroom that lasts thirty years and one that fails in five is invisible on day one — it's the waterproofing, substrate prep, and ventilation behind the tile. We build baths from the studs out so the beautiful part stays beautiful.

  • Waterproofing & substrate preparation
  • Custom tile & walk-in showers
  • Vanities, stone tops & storage
  • Plumbing & fixture upgrades
  • Heated floors & lighting
  • Moisture control & ventilation

Why one team

One Contract. One Point of Contact.

Most bathroom failures happen at a handoff: the plumber sets a valve at the wrong depth for the tile, or the tile goes over a membrane nobody tested. When one team owns the plumbing, the waterproofing, and the tile, each layer is checked by the people who have to build on top of it.

“Let the house tell you what’s possible.”

FAQ

Bathroom Remodels: Common Questions

Why does what's behind the tile matter so much?

Grout and tile aren't waterproof on their own — the membrane and substrate underneath are what keep water out of your walls and floor. Done wrong, a shower can look perfect for years while it rots the framing. We treat that hidden layer as the most important part of the job.

Can you turn a tub into a walk-in shower?

Yes. Done right, that means rebuilding the drain, slope, and waterproofing for a shower — not just swapping the fixture — and we'll talk through glass, curb, and niche options with you.

Do you remodel guest baths and powder rooms, or only primary baths?

All three. A powder room gets the same care behind the walls as a primary bath — it's just a smaller room.
