This policy explains what information Argyle Building Company ("we", "us") collects through this website, our estimate form and chat, and our phone line, and what we do with it. The short version: we use your information to answer you and to quote and run your project, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you request an estimate, use the chat, call, or text us, we receive what you share: typically your name, phone number, email, address or ZIP code, a description of your project, and any photos you attach. Calls and texts to (919) 726-3862 may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up accurately.
• Basic technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider receives standard request information (such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure.

This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and does not set cookies of its own.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, and prepare a proposal.
• To run your project: scheduling, updates, permits, invoices, and payments.
• To text or call you about your inquiry or project, when you've asked us to contact you.
• To keep records we're required to keep, and to protect our rights if there's a dispute.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

• Plinth, which provides our estimate form, website chat, phone line, and text messaging, and processes that information on our behalf. Plinth's handling is described in thePlinth privacy policy.
• Vercel, which hosts this website.
• People working on your project, only as far as they need to do their part, and permitting offices or inspectors where the law requires it.
• Anyone we're legally required to share it with.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your inquiry or project. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, orHELP for help. We don't share your mobile number with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and project records for as long as we need them to serve you, stand behind our work, and meet our legal and tax obligations, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (unless we have to keep it by law). Call or text us at(919) 726-3862 and we'll take care of it.

Children

This website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes
